BSNL operates the following Autonomous System Numbers (ASNs): AS9829, AS45820. BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) operates AS9829 as India's state-owned telco; BSNL IPs are commonly seen in tier-2 and tier-3 cities and government networks across India.
